We provide general home or business maintenance needs: honey-do lists, drywall patches and repair, appliance installation, furniture assembly, TV mounts, ceiling fans, roof patching, laminate flooring, window and door servicing, weather stripping, concrete + spalling repair, carpentry, framing, fences and gates, trim and baseboard, minor electrical, sprinkler servicing, and demolition.

Owner and operator, Stephen, is a Cal Poly graduate with 16 years of construction trade experience and has been operating independently for over 5 years. He has provided building and maintenance services to countless homes and businesses on the Central Coast while also serving some of the largest property-management and vacation-rental companies in the area.

I am delighted to write a review for Stephen, who recently completed several projects for me. From start to finish, he did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Firstly, I was impressed with his communication. He was responsive to all my requests, listened carefully to my needs, and was patient in answering my questions. He was professional and respectful throughout the entire process.
Furthermore, he was friendly and approachable, which made it easy for me to discuss my concerns and ideas. His positive attitude and willingness to collaborate made me feel confident that he understood my expectations.
I was also impressed with his punctuality. He not only arrived on time but also finished the work ahead of schedule, exceeding the agreed-upon timeframe. He was reliable and committed to his work, which made the entire process stress-free.

Stephen , Came into my home finish work that other Handyman left undone . He’s the Best !!! Honestly reliable very professional. He’s the only one that respects your home while he is working on something else. Helping me remodeling a Mobile Home . He replaced 5 doors that were custom ordered.
